About Denise

Denise is a Communication Studies graduate, with a post graduate Professional Cert in Management and a Diploma in Community Development and Education.  She holds an European Coaching Institude accredited Diploma in Life and Executive Coaching from Noble Manhattan, one of Europe’s leading Coach Training Companies.  She is a trained Facilitator with a Certificate in Essential Facilitation Skills and has a training for trainers qualification. She also attended and received an award in Leadership and Facilitation from The JFK School of Government, Harvard University.

Dedicated to personal development, empowerment and energy healing, Denise works with clients from all walks of life.  As a Reiki Master in the Usui tradition and a Seichim  Practitioner,  Denise is a natural healer and professes that since becoming attuned to Reiki it has made a profound difference to her life.

Denise has a professional and academic background encompassing almost 20 years including communication, community development and management as well as spending the latter 5 years as a full-time Mum and part-time student.  She is married with 2 young daughters and having experienced post-natal depression herself,  knows only too well the ups and downs of family life.
As a parent representative on the Management Committee of Strabane SureStart and a former Peer Support Mum for SAMBA (Strabane Assisting Mothers Breast feed Ably) she has the enthusiasm and experience to encourage other parents.

She has recently become a Committee Member of Women In Enterprise, which is based in Derry and supports business women in the North West.  Also, she is presently applying for membership of the professional body, the Association of Coaching.

As continual professional development is very important to Denise, she is currently studying Neuro Linguistic Programming with Dr. Helena Schlindwein of C.H.A.T.S and will have her INLPTA Practitioners Certificate by June 2010.

Denise is a communicator, a connector and a networker. She has all the qualities to enable her to do what she loves, knowing that she has found her life purpose.  Denise believes that we all create our own reality and by changing our thoughts we can change our lives.  It has worked for her so she knows it can work for you.  Let her assist you on this journey of discovery.
